The release of Mahesh Babu's DOOKUDU has set positive vibrations for the coming long film season of Tollywood. Hit talk of the movie further pushed Telugu producers into a happy mood as things got revived. The whole of film fraternity is applauding Superstar Mahesh for his dynamic date declaration and releasing the flick on the same day without fail. Cine observers are saying that the producers and the entire crew who worked day and night for the release of this most awaited flick on time should be thanked. A happy ending for the movie is the positive reviews it  received. Trade pundits are saying that the movie can collect more than 80 crores even though its followers like OOSARAVELLI turn blockbusters. Let's have some DOOKUDU this weekend folks

Dookudu Beating Magadheera In all Centers!

The much awaited movie ‘Dookudu’ has finally hit the screens and it appears that it is bouncing with a bang. Box office pundits are predicting that ‘Dookudu’ will turn out to be the biggest hit in terms of collections history of Tollywood. As such, the openings have shown thumping collections.
So far, the highest collections in this year have gone for ‘Mr Perfect’ followed by ‘Kandireega’ and then ‘100% Love’. Even ‘Badrinath’ to an extent made some collections. Going by the current trend, ‘Dookudu’ will beat all of them comfortably and runs ahead to beat all time industry hits Pokiri and Magadheera. Thanks to long vacations.
Among the upcoming straight films, the only competition ‘Dookudu’ has is in the form of ‘Oosaravelli’ and ‘Rajanna’. There is also ‘Srirama Rajyam’ but it will not fit into this genre of banging the box office. For now, the coast is clear till the next two weeks for ‘Dookudu’ and since the talk is positive, it has all potential to become the highest collection maker of the industry because of 80 percent of theatres were occupied by it.
Already the trade reports are coming from Guntur, Vizag, Nellore and Tirupathi that Magadheera record is going to be broken by Dookudu within first 3 days.
Coming to the figures, Magadheera made a gross of around Rs 4.5 Cr in USA and now ‘Dookudu’ is expected to make Rs 6.5 crore very comfortably.
At home, the first day collection itself was around Rs 7-8 Cr which is whopping and crossed the first day collection of ‘Magadheera’. Even though Oosaravelli gets hit talk, it can lift the advantage of vacations just for 4 days. But Dookudu is enjoying the advantage from release date Sep 23rd to Oct 10th.
Mahesh Babu’s potentiality is proved again.

Our reliable sources from film industry says that, ‘dookudu’ first day collections are all time industry record breaking and have reached nearly Rs.9.0 Crores, an achievement alone possible for Prince Mahesh Babu.
With strong positive mouth talk prevailing in mainly family audience, this weekend and following three weeks will see a Mela at ‘dookudu’ theatres. Dookudu creates record on Google!

Prince Mahesh Babu and Samantha starrer film "Dookudu" was released in a grand manner through the world on yesterday. It has created a record even before its release.
It has leaped to second spot on the Google search engine and remained second to Vinod Khosla. According to the updated trends in the evening Dhookudu reached the second spot and touched the peak at round 2.30 pm. Hyderabad (10 per cent), followed by Bangalore (9 per cent) and Chennai (5 per cent) formed the block of searching on Google trends.

Mahie Gill’s Bold Scenes leaked!

The makers of Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster were shocked after learning that some intimate scenes of Randeep Hooda and Mahie Gill have been leaked online, a week before its release.
"The video was from the shoot. Someone might have shot the sequence in his or her mobile and decided to play mischief. The production team thankfully got to know about it and the video has been blocked now," said a source.
The film is directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
Slated for release on September 30, the film is set in a small town. It is about a beautiful woman, her husband and an ambitious gangster. The film also stars Jimmy Shergeill

Dookudu First Day Record Collections @ Exclusive

Dookudu collections on the first day amounted to be around 9 crores and this is a record in the history of Tollywood. Mahesh Babu Dookudu collections have already started to raise eyebrows as Dookudu movie collections on the 1st day in AP were a whopping 9 crores. Getting into the split, Dookudu collections on the first day were Rs. 45 lakhs in East Godavari district and trade pundits say that it is an all time record. Similarly, Dookudu collections (gross) in Ananthpur on day 1 were around 14,32,500 lakhs, and in Guntur district, the collections were spell bounding as the movie amassed a record share of more than 80 lakhs battering the previous best of Magadheera by 22 lakhs.
Dookudu netted an awesome Rs 15.35 Lakhs from 15 screens in Chennai city & suburbs and this is the highest ever opening for a Telugu film in Chennai! Mahesh Babu's Dookudu movie collected a 1st day record share of 44,11,000 in Krishna district creating a new all time record. Dookudu as per trade sources will collect between Rs 25 to Rs 28 lakhs as distributors share in its 1st week. In Bhimavaram, Dookudu 1st day gross collections were around 10 lakhs from around 24 shows. The collections were around 25.60 lakhs in Nellore and 46.17lakhs in Vizag. The detailed split and Dookudu movie collections area and center wise would be updated shortly. Even in USA, Dookudu is rocking and it is reported that the exhibitors would recover the total cost within 2 days.

Mahesh Dominates Samantha On Screen

Samantha looked stunningly gorgeous in Ye Maya Chesave and extremely charming in Brindavanam. She dominated the heroes in those films and looked like an angel. But that is not the case when she is cast opposite most handsome hero of South Mahesh Babu.

Samantha looked pale and dull compared to Mahesh in each and every scene and song. Although she has pretty looks and also a decent actress, Samantha completely failed before Mahesh in every aspect. Prince in a scene points out at her complexion and says that she is not at all suitable for him. He comments about her height too.

Mahesh Babu also makes a crude remark 'Pitta Moham' at her in a scene that got thunderous applause from the audience. This is not the first time for Mahesh to dominate his costar. Many gorgeous heroines looked very dull when paired up with him. Such is the charm of Prince and Samantha need not be ashamed of herself for being outshined.

Balakrishna @ No Trisha, Then No Film

Speculations are already on a rise about this flick and the news is that it is not on cards anymore. Reportedly, heroine Trisha is said to be the cause for the trouble.

Apparently, Mass Hero Balakrishna is supposed to star in HARA HARA MAHADEVA, under the production of his close associate Bellamkonda Suresh. Right from the launch of the movie, it faced severe criticism. The posters that were created by using the pictures of other heroes and replacing with Balayya's head caused a stir. However, the movie finally got shelved as ravishing siren Trisha walked out of the project. Though there is no official confirmation about the trouble, sources are saying it is true.

An insider shared that Balayya said a serious no to the project sighting two reasons. If we could expect one reason to be the storyline and belief on B.Gopal, then what is the second one? 'It is only Trisha that made Balayya change his mind and he cannot accept Taapsee who is roped in as an alternative', the source added.

NTR fans Worried about Dookudu

Theatres playing Mahesh Babu's Dookudu are thronged by lakhs of film buffs on Friday and it is no wonder that it has rewritten history on its first day. Especially the benefit shows of Dookudu got a huge response that the tickets were sold for more than thousand rupees in few areas. Generally benefit shows are meant for fans but for Dookudu, the tension among NTR fans too helped to fetch superb demand for benefit show tickets.

Nandamuri fans were in large numbers at the Dookudu premieres/fan shows/benefit shows. They are so concerned about Dookudu result because NTR's Oosaravelli is lined up for release soon. They wanted this film to flop so that their hero doesn't have competition from Mahesh for some time. They are the ones who spread the negative talk about the film after the initial shows, allege Prince fans. Whatever it may be finally the truth prevails and Dookudu has been getting excellent response from all corners. So, NTR fans have now realized that they couldn't stop its sensations through bad propaganda and are only praying that Oosaravelli is a better film. Last year it was NTR who dominated the show with Brindavanam over Khaleja. This time Mahesh throws a bigger challenge to Junior and we have to see how he responds.

Apparently, Deva was the man who introduced Parvathi Melton to Telugu cinema through his film ‘Vennela’. Sources say he has been getting messages from his friends saying, “your heroine is testing testosterone”…”great deva! U r lucky to work with such sexy damsel..”  etc!! From a long time, many have been waiting to see when Mahesh Babu will score a hit. After his blockbuster ‘Pokiri’ there has been no success. But now, all those wishes are being answered and many are happy with the way his latest offering ‘Dookudu’ is being received across all centers.

One man in particular is jumping in joy, as per sources. He is none other than Puri Jagannadh and though he has no connection with ‘Dookudu’ here is the reason. Sources say this has boosted Puri’s confidence that his project ‘The Businessman’ starring Mahesh Babu will work out well. Currently, the shooting is going on at Mumbai and buzz is that Puri feels the business expectations and market value of ‘The Businessman’ will rise by atleast 30%-40% due to the ‘Dookudu’ impact. Already, the Puri- Mahesh combo is called the crazy combo as they gave the blockbuster ‘Pokiri’.
