It is heard that ‘Businessman’ satellite rights are not sold yet. The reason for that is, they are in negotiation between Puri and producers. Well, the buzz is that Puri is reportedly trying to purchase the entire satellite rights for a whopping Rs 7 crores. Sources say his plan is to sell the satellite rights to different channels at a different price at different times.
Buzz is that Puri is expecting anywhere between Rs 13 crores to Rs 15 crores with this trail blazing plan. As such, his remuneration is reportedly Rs 5 crores so it means he would be spending an additional Rs 2 crores to buy the rights of ‘Businessman’ from the producer.
There is also a talk that Puri is out of all his financial hiccups, thanks to the various financial instruments he received from the producer of ‘Businessman’. Let us see how his gamble will work now.
