Ram wants Hansika to reduce her weight

Hero Ram is all set to arrive with his new movie ‘Kandireega’ and this time, he is pairing up with Hansika Motwani in the lead. This is the second time they are pairing up after their earlier venture ‘Maska’. Now, unit members reveal that Ram gave a strict warning to Hansika during the shooting time. Well, the warning for Hansika was to reduce her weight. Unit members reveal “Ram is the only one who has lifted Hansika so many times so he knows her exact weight. Moreover, given his lean frame, it is only appropriate that Hansika also looks slim for their onscreen appearance to be normal.” 

A noted producer remarked “Right now, Hansika is perfect and has the right voluptuous appeal. But a little extra weight will take her out of shape. I am worried that this beautiful doll will have to shut down her shop if she doesn’t take care of her shape.” Hope Hansika is reading this one.

Trisha Demanding 2 Crores To Act With Comedian

It is heard that for the new film starring Sunil under the direction of Veerabhadram and produced by R R Movie Makers, Trisha is demanding Rs 2 crores. Buzz is that Trisha is planning to get married and quit films or put a comma to her career so she is sending such feelers in the industry. Usually, Trisha’s remuneration is Rs 80 lakhs to Rs 1 crore for one film. But demanding Rs 2 crores for Sunil’s film is gaining significance.

Salman and Katrina Item Number in Bodyguard – First Look



Here comes the first look of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s item number in ‘Bodyguard’. The song with the lyric ‘Aaya Re Aaya Bodyguard’ was recently shot on Katrina and Salman, and as anyone can guess, the chemistry between them was simply electrifying. The song also features Salman Khan’s real life 'Bodyguard' Shera, who recently launched the first look of the film. ‘Bodyguard’ is a romantic action film starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in lead roles. It is being directed by Siddique. The film is the remake of the director's own 2010 Malayalam film, ‘Bodyguard’. It is scheduled for release on August 31, 2011.

Vidya Balan secretly weds Siddharth Roy Kapoor


Twitter and Bollywood is buzzed with the rumor that Vidya Balan is secretly married to UTV top honcho Siddharth Roy Kapoor with whom she is rumored to be dating. The story of Vidya’s secret marriage doesn’t end here, it is also got to hear that she and Siddharth headed for honeymoon.
The hush hush ceremony is said to have taken place last week. On many occasions, Vidya has been spotted with Roy but the dare bare actress always denied. It was also reported that the couple once headed for Khandala and spend quality time with each other.

'Yes, I'm pregnant', confirms Lara Dutta



Finally, the cat is out of the bag. For months long, it was speculated that Lara Dutta is pregnant but neither the actress nor her tennis hubby Mahesh Bhupathi has confirmed the news but in a recent interview, Lara has confirmed that the news of her pregnancy. An elated Lara said, "Yes, I am pregnant and really excited".
When asked why she at first denied the news of pregnancy. To this the long lass actress said that she has neither denied nor confirmed the news but she and Mahesh was waiting for the right time to spill this good news to the world. She also makes clear that post pregnancy, she would not quit acting as she loves doing it. ‘Don 2’ is her new film and she is looking forward to it. Lara and Mahesh are very excited for their new arrival and eargerly looking forward to the happy times.

'Dhookudu'- A Hit Before the Release itself!!!


Prince Mahesh Babu who has been going through a bumpy ride at the box office given his recent string of flops is all set to arrive with his new movie ‘Dhookudu’. Now, this is a crucial one for Mahesh and he is teaming up with director Srinu Vytla of ‘Ready’ ‘Dhee’ ‘King’ fame for the first time. While the shooting which is behind schedule is reportedly progressing at a brisk pace, here is some inside news which indicates that the film may have already scored a success before its release. 
For starters, it is heard that MAA TV has bought the satellite rights for a whopping Rs 5.5 crores. Then there is news that a leading distribution company has bought the entire distribution rights for the Naizam area for a mind blowing Rs 9 crores. Something similar seems to have happened in Ceded area where a distributor has reportedly bought the rights for Rs 5.5 crores. Even outside Andhra Pradesh, the story is getting better with news that it was sold for Rs 2.1 crores in Karnataka. 
                 
Reports are arriving that some high figures have been spent in areas such as Kadapa, Guntur, East and West Godavari districts. Buzz is that barring Vizag, the distribution rights have been sold in almost all the key areas. As for the Krishna district and overseas market, the producers are keen on distributing the film by themselves. So, going by the statistics with this, the film has already made a revenue of Rs 30 crores only from distribution and satellite rights. Inside talk is that the film has been made at a budget of Rs 27 cr- Rs 30 cr. On the industry point of view, the success of ‘Dhookudu’ is crucial since the other biggies ‘Shakti’ ‘Badrinath’ became massive duds. For now, the good side of ‘Dhookudu’ is it has been shot at unusual places like Istanbul, Rann of Kutch, Dubai etc. and the story is still a secret. Slated to be an action cum comedy entertainer, the music is composed by S S Thaman and camera is being cranked by K V Guhan. The leading lady is Samantha and the producers are the trio of Achanta Ram, Anil Sunkara, Gopichand. This is being made under the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment. 

Naga Chaitanya’s Dhada getting ready for release!


Akkineni Young hero Naga Chaitanya and Kajal Agarwal starrer film "Dhada" is gearing up for to release on August 12th by completing all the formalities. Recently the movie audio was released into the markets and the audio is getting good response from the audience.The entire movie shooting and patch works for the movie has been completed and presently movie post production works and DTS mixing works are going on. Soon the film makers are planning to submit the first copy of the film for Censor verification.
Naga Chaitanya is playing the mass role in the film. The film is being directed by a debutant Ajay Bhuyan and producer D.Siva Prasad Reddy is producing the film on Sri Kamakshi Enterprises banner. Devisri Prasad has scored the music for the film.In this film Sriram and Sameeksha will be seen in important roles. Naga Chaitanya is looking for a hat trick, after his two continuous blockbusters YMC & 100% Love, now he is coming up with Dhada.

RGV’s Deparment shooting started!



Controversial director Ramgopal Varma’s new Hindi film titled "Department" regular shooting was started on today (August 2, 2011) in Mumbai. Tollywood actor Rana, who debuted in Bollywood with the film Dum Maaro Dum is also got the chance to work in Department. Rana Daggubati has been replaced for the part which was originally to be played by Abhishek Bachchan. Today Rana was also joined in the shooting schedule in Mumbai. Rana presently acting in a Telugu film Naa Ishtam, Genelia is playing the female lead role in the film.
Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Rana, Manchu Laxmi Prasanna and Anjana Sukhani are playing lead roles in Department. The story of ’Department’ film revolves around cops and the underworld. Amitabh Bachchan will be playing the role of a gangster who turns into a politician. Rana and Sanjay Dutt will be playing the role of cops. Apart from the direction RGV is also handling the Photography for ’Department’ film.

Kajal Agarwal makes Ramp debut

Kajal Agarwal is one of the famous actress in Tollywood has made her Bollywood debut recently with Ajay Devgan in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham’ film. She has acted in more than 20 Telugu and Tamil films. Now Kajal made her debut on the ramp at the India International Jewellery Week (IIJW).She walked down the ramp as the show stopper for CVM Exports at IIJW’s last show on Day two. 

Kajal Agarwal wore a yellow off shoulder gown and an elaborate neckpiece and earrings made of uncut diamonds. "I’m wearing this beautiful piece from the moon collection. It’s basically pearls with uncut diamonds. I love it because it’s unique and exquisite and the best thing I like about it is the fact that it is this lovely amalgamation of classic and contemporary which works very well. It’s basically meant for brides," Kajal told reporters here.
It is Kajal’s first time on the ramp, she said that I was just really excited but wasn’t nervous.

Young Heroine refused to act with Nag

However, Sunil says there are instances were few heroines refused to work even with some of the Top Heroes in the Industry. "Once a Top Hero said to me that - a heroine refused to pair up with him. He analysed the reason for refusing him, though he is a Top Star. After hearing that I felt he had a great understanding," said Sunil. 
Top Hero's Analysis: "That Heroine refused to act with me. The reason might be, we had a huge age difference. Once she acts with me, she can't do films with other young heroes. I think there is nothing wrong in her decision. May be she is right. Why do I want to pair up with young heroines? Even, I'm not interested to work with heroines, who were paired opposite me in the early stages of my film career. Everyone have their own choices and they do things as per their requirements. As one has to take the responsibility of their own success and failure. We shouldn't find fault with them. Our emotions will come out at this time when we take it like - Why she rejected though I am a Top Hero? But, we shouldn't do that and insted we must accept the reality".

Finally, Sunil revealed that Big Hero's name. He is none other than handsome hero Nagarjuna. Sunil also said that top heroines Anushka and Trisha refused to pair opposite him in Rajamouli's 'Maryada Ramanna'. Rajamouli has  finally roped in Saloni, who's career is in slump.
