Of all the Top League actors who acted in Sri Rama Rajyam, Nayantara has stolen the show with her terrific performance and walked away with most of the accolades. However, it wasn't a cakewalk for Naynatara to outshine some of the Legends in the Industry. A lot of effort has been put by her during the making of the film. She followed a strict vegetarian diet, stopped meeting friends and anyone who is not a member of Sri Rama Rajyam unit, visited temple everyday before coming to the location and partcipated in the shooting with utmost dedication and sincerity.Nayan has a special place for Balayya who recommended her name to the makers for the role of Goddess Sita.
"Earlier, I worked with Balakrishna in Simha and he is the sole reason for me to be a part of a film like Sri Rama Rajyam. I'm grateful to him for having a lot of faith on me and believing that only I could do justice to the role of Sita. Even I couldn't imagine anyone other than him in the role of Lord Rama after watching Sri Rama Rajyam," said Nayantara.
The actress has a lot of good memories during the making and after the release of the film. Director Bapu has gifted a painting from Ramayana to Nayan, making it a one-of-a-kind gift that will keep memories forever.
